Terms and conditions of the Flight Promotion
1. Offer open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 and over. To qualify for the free flight voucher applicants in Republic of Ireland must hold a Bank of Ireland 3rd level current account AND must be approved for either a student credit card OR student travel loan between 23rd January and 30th June 2012.
2. Offer open to residents of Northern Ireland aged 18 and over. To qualify for the free flight voucher applicants in Northern Ireland must have a 3rd level student account for at least 6 months AND be approved for a student credit card between 23rd January and 30th June 2012.
3. The Free Flight Voucher, called the “Travel Voucher” entitles the recipient to one return economy flight, including airport taxes, to one of the following destinations Paris, Amsterdam, Oslo, London, Frankfurt, Milan, Manchester, Madrid and Stockholm Flight departures are from Dublin, Cork and Belfast.
4. Under the terms of this offer, the promoter, Scream Limited trading as WIN | WIN may not offer flights to all the destinations from all the listed departure airports. WIN | WIN also may not offer all flights direct from all departure airports to the listed destinations and non-direct flights may incur a supplement and/or a short stopover. The departure airport and routes available will depend on the destination, time of travel and airline used. The airline used will be at the discretion of WIN | WIN. Other departure airports may be available at a supplement. All flights are subject to promotional availability.
5. Any additional extras, such as supplements, transfers or airport parking, must be paid for in full at time of booking. If you would like to pre-book airport parking this must also be paid for in full at the time of booking.
6. A second passenger may travel with the Travel Voucher holder for €89/£79 return, plus airport taxes and any applicable supplements. Further passengers will pay the standard airfare and taxes that apply at the time of booking.
7. Only one Travel Voucher may be used per household and per booking and only one application may be enclosed per envelope.
8. The Travel Voucher holder must give three alternative destinations and three different months of travel on their flight application form. Applications not completed in this way will not be processed.
9. To cover credit card commissions and other expenses payable by WIN | WIN, all credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% charge. Debit cards are also acceptable for payment and are not subject to a commissions charge.
10. It is strongly recommended that adequate travel insurance is purchased to cover all passengers on this booking. Bank of Ireland or WIN | WIN cannot be held responsible should you fail to take out adequate travel insurance. By confirming a booking with WIN | WIN you are agreeing, on behalf of all passengers, to this contract. You will be asked to confirm that you have read and accept this on your application form; please do so to ensure that WIN | WIN can process your application.
11. It is the Travel Voucher holder’s responsibility to arrange Passport and Visa requirements. You must ensure that you have at least 6 months validity on your passport after the return date back to the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.
12. The application instructions (how to apply) and all other information stated within this document also form part of the terms and conditions of this offer. The usual terms and conditions of Special Fare International Air Transport Association tickets apply to any flight booking. A copy of these may be requested from WIN | WIN, 70 Leeson Street Upper, Dublin 4.
13. WIN | WIN reserves the right to reject defaced, photocopied or otherwise soiled Travel Vouchers. Lost Travel Vouchers cannot be replaced - original Travel Vouchers only will be accepted. The Travel Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used in any other way than that described.
14. No cancellations or amendments by the Travel Voucher holder are possible after confirmation of your booking. No refund of any monies paid will be possible.
15. Bank of Ireland and WIN | WIN cannot be held responsible for any alterations or cancellations to flight schedules, routes and destinations and reserve the right to use alternative suppliers. The right is reserved to withdraw this offer without notice in the event of war, terrorism, earthquake, catastrophe or similar event.
16. A minimum of 45 days advance notice before your requested months of travel is required. The lead name on the booking must be aged at least 18. A maximum length of stay of 30 days applies. Travel may be on any day of the week, and your booking may need to include a Saturday night stay.
17. There is no guarantee that your requested choices of destinations and/or dates will be available at time of booking, nor guaranteed travel on a specific route or on a specific date.
18. The Travel Voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the person to whom it is issued, it cannot be resold or given away. WIN | WIN can only speak to the Travel Voucher holder regarding their Travel Voucher.
19. The Travel Voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other voucher or promotion.
20. Proof of posting is not acceptable as proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for lost or damaged application forms. Please be aware that it is not possible for the Bank of Ireland or WIN | WIN to replace the Travel Voucher if it is lost.
21. Flight applications must be received by 31/08/2012 and all travel must be completed by 31/01/2013. This offer is not valid for travel on or including the following dates: June 4th and 5th 2012, July 12th 2012, August 6th 2012, August 27th 2012, October 29th 2012, and Christmas and New Year period, December 21st to 27th 2012 inclusive and December 31st 2012. Applications received after 31/08/2012 cannot be processed. WIN | WIN will be able to investigate complaints or queries up to 60 days after the closing date, 31/08/2012. Once the 60 days have passed, further investigation is not possible and the offer is deemed closed.
22. The flight offer is subject to promotional availability. Availability can be affected by a number of reasons beyond the control of WIN | WIN. These include adverse weather conditions, fuel increases, terrorist activities, political incidences, supplier change of ownership, supplier insolvency and airline operational difficulties.
23. The Travel Voucher holder will be contacted with an offer of an outbound and return flight. Once a flight offer has been made, you must confirm acceptance immediately. Flights cannot be held on your behalf.
24. Please be aware that the airline companies may be running their own unrelated reduced flight offers at the time you are applying with your Travel Voucher. It is always worth checking to see whether any of these offers are available before you use your Travel Voucher and whether you could make better savings.
25. WIN | WIN cannot be held responsible for the exchange rate used by your credit card issuer.
26. Free flight bookings do not include luggage check-in costs which may be imposed by certain airlines. Customers wishing to check-in luggage must do so at the airport. WIN | WIN will check you in online therefore please contact WIN | WIN on (ROI) 1850 35 45 55 or (NI) 0871 277 5768 with your passport details before your departure date.
27. Bank of Ireland will fund the provision of Travel Voucher but the contract for such Travel Voucher will be between the Travel Voucher holder and the supplier of the goods or services. Bank of Ireland and WIN/WIN accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever in relation to any matter arising out of the Travel Voucher or the enjoyment of the services provided.
